I've run searches for Speed in the videos and forums and I don't turn up any hits. (Watch someone else do the same and get multiple hits - always happens). Anyway, I know you've talked about speed in some videos but I'm wondering if you have some drills or techniques you like to use to increase your speed. My Sensei wants us to drill throwing punches and kicks as fast as we can on the bag to increase our speed. Not to question Sensei but I'm wondering if this is the best way to accomplish this. There is always YouTube (and I've watched a few) but I'd like to hear what you have to say.
