Hi Crew,
I am new here and was wondering if and how you guys are integrating these online workouts and tutorials with in-class sessions??? At my current club, I can only train 2 days a week on pads and 1 day a week sparing and I really wanted to supplement my training with the online programs. I am just looking for ideas on how others have set this up for their own training. I am used to training 2-3 hours/5 days a week in-person but haven't been able to do this for quite some time due to the availability of training facilities and coaches in my community.
I opened a similar thread about , unfourtently without replies... personally i trained at MT 2 a week .
Our trainer don't teach a real technique or correct us when we failes.
So im study this online program , and actually i'm able to apply at least 2 of the techniqes of the weekly program that joes present.
