I just got back into Kickboxing/Muay Thai after 15-20 years. I have been back training for 2 years and was doing some home training during the pandemic prior to that at home.
Old School Days seemed so straight forward. My primary focus was on getting a lot of repetitions (like a thousand in a week or two) on a handful of combos. Strict focus on the basics and fine tuning the technique.
Why did this methodology die?
